Every order is handled with care and attention to detail. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled through our WooCommerce store.
1. Order Fulfillment & Product Type
All products sold on hiramproductions.com are made-to-order, including but not limited to:

Framed prints

Fine art prints

Apparel (t-shirts, hats, etc.)

Drinkware (coffee mugs)

Family and lifestyle merchandise
Because items are produced specifically for each order, we maintain strict quality and return standards.
2. Returns & Buyer’s Remorse
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse

We do not accept returns for incorrect size, color, or style selected by the customer

We do not accept returns for personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and mockups carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our work and will correct any errors on our part.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your item:

Has a manufacturing defect

Is not the product you ordered
Requirements:

Provide clear photos of the issue

Item must be unused and unaltered
Once verified, we will issue either:

A replacement at no cost, or

A refund to the original payment method, at our discretion
4. Framed Prints & Fine Art Disclaimer
Framed artwork and fine art prints are carefully produced and packaged.
Please note:

Minor color variations may occur due to monitor calibration and printing processes

Paper texture and framing materials may vary slightly
-
These variations are not considered defects
Shipping damage must be reported with photos of both the item and the packaging.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective or damaged:

Custom or made-to-order items

Apparel ordered in incorrect size

Clearance or promotional items

Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:
